- OTP-based email verification for document delivery
- Storage of business information for future use
- Automatic tax calculations (GST, VAT, sales tax) based on location
- Multi-currency support for international users
- Professional document templates with branding capabilities
- Watermark on all generated documents
Important Service Limitations
- This is a FREE service with no paid tiers planned
- All generated documents include FreeBillCreator watermark
- No guarantee of uptime or continuous availability
- Service provided “AS IS” without warranties
3. User Account and Authentication
3.1 OTP-Based Access
- Enter your email address
- Receive an OTP code valid for 10 minutes
- Enter the OTP code to access the Service
3.2 Email Address Requirements
- You warrant that the email address belongs to you
- You consent to receiving transactional and marketing communications
- You understand OTP emails are mandatory for Service access
3.3 Account Security
- Maintain confidentiality of OTP codes
- All activity using your email is your responsibility
- Do not share OTPs with others
We are not liable for losses resulting from failure to comply with these obligations.
4. User Data and Content
4.1 Your Business Data
You retain full ownership of your business data and generated documents.
License Grant
- Store and process data to operate the Service
- Display your logo on generated documents
- Use anonymized data for analytics
4.2 Customer / Recipient Data
You confirm you have legal rights and consent to share customer data with us.
We may:
- Contact recipients about our Service
- Use customer data for marketing
- Store customer data indefinitely
4.3 Data We Do NOT Store
- Invoice line items
- Pricing or tax breakdowns
- Generated PDFs
We only store invoice numbers for reference.
4.4 Data Retention
- Business & customer data: Stored indefinitely
- OTP codes: Deleted after 10 minutes
- Usage logs: Stored indefinitely

5. Prohibited Uses
You must NOT:
- Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Generate fake invoices
- Attempt hacking, scraping, or reverse engineering
- Remove watermarks or branding
- Misuse customer data or send spam

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”.
- No guarantee of accuracy
- No legal or tax compliance assurance
- No uninterrupted availability
You are solely responsible for tax verification and legal compliance.
7. Limitation of Liability
